Stephanie’s journey with PermEx began during her high school and college years, where she dedicated her summers to assisting her mother, Dottie Tuccio. In 2018, Stephanie succeeded Dottie, stepping into the role as owner to continue her mother’s impactful legacy. With a deep understanding of the business cultivated through years of hands-on experience, Stephanie is committed to upholding the values instilled by her mother while driving PermEx forward into a new era of growth and innovation.

PermEx’s roots trace back over 40 years ago when our founder, the late Dottie Tuccio, immersed herself in the family-owned sign company. It was during this time that the inspiration for PermEx was born, as Dottie identified the necessity for a streamlined process to expedite sign permits, enabling sign companies to concentrate on construction and installation. With a deep-seated understanding cultivated from her upbringing in the sign industry, Dottie laid the foundation for PermEx, LLC, leveraging her extensive knowledge to revolutionize the permit process for the benefit of businesses and communities alike.
